Scholars in the MENA region have a long and storied history of debate. Munathara is building upon this tradition to support all Arabic speakers to participate in shaping the future of the region. Inasmuch as those great Arab thinkers influenced their societies through well-founded research and argumentation, we believe it is more important than ever for a culture of rational, reasoned and constructive discourse to be a cultivated one in which ideas are expounded, tested and improved upon for the benefit of all.
